I just found out that Gregg Allman’s got a memoir out. New York Times gave it a decent review.

Well . . . What else are we really called upon to do?

Continuing to try is often a brave and beautiful act.

Ah, Sarah W, thank you for that. That was the best thing anybody could have said to me. I’m a sucker for beauty, but I don’t see it in my struggle, only necessity. But if others do, then struggle on I will. Maybe we can only see it in others’. Someday I’ll get it, in this life or the next. In the meantime, I enjoy the sense of being a little further up the mountain each time I stumble. The view gets better all the time.

Am I making sense?

My comments on several word press sites seem to go in the dumper so I am using my family email. It bothers me that they keep changing it, and I don’t like Word Press. I just copy my other blog to it when I remember.

I just said that I thought trying was all you are supposed to do. You are a good example of just about everything for me. And I saw your pic on facebook. Really nice to “see” you.

I’m going to keep on trying to get your posts by email. What am I doing wrong?
